The seven alternating strands of seed pearls and sapphire beads leading to a decorative star medallion with over 2 carats of original old European cut diamonds and 5 carats of rich, velvety blue sapphires. A 3/4 carat sparkling old mine cut diamond prominently placed completes this antique treasure.
