Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt in the US. Exchanges accepted within 30 days. We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges. Merchandise must be in unaltered condition.

During our Store relocation sale, Belrose Jewelers is not offering returns on any items sold at a marked down price. For purchases made in store, we are offering a 7 day exchange policy towards items of the same or greater value. Item must in original condition.

Payments

Payments can be made directly on our website or you can pay by check, bank wire, Venmo, Zelle. Financing available through Affirm or Paypal. Contact us for alternate methods. 

Financing

Financed orders returned within our 7 days of shipment delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We offer financing through Affirm and 6 months interest free financing through Paypal. Contact us with any questions.

Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders.

CA State Tax

Residents making purchases in California must pay 8.75% tax, which is added to the price.

Shipping, Delivery

Free USA shipping of our jewelry via FedEx 2nd day, overnight or USPS Priority, fully insured with signature confirmation. Your purchase is sent within 2 days of payment confirmation. Allow 2-3 days additional for ring sizing.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to over 50 countries. Customs and Duties are the buyers responsibility. Please Contact us for international shipping rates.

Disclaimer

Belrose Estate Jewelers uses their knowledge to date each piece based on the materials, construction techniques, hallmarks/signatures, overall style and cultural context. Several pieces of jewelry we sell are consignment sales, from jewelry that a customer has brought in for us to sell.
We state if certifications have been done by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) or the European Gemological Laboratory (EGL). Other certification is provided by our staff appraiser. 
While dating and authenticity are not a formal science, we or other parties use these resources or knowledge.
Some rings have mountings that make it difficult to determine a precise stone grading.
Diamonds and colored gemstones that cannot be removed from their vintage settings without harm to the piece are evaluated in their mountings using industry standard measurements and formulas.
Jewelry descriptions and all carats weights stated represent approximates. Most colored gemstones (rubies, sapphires and emeralds) are often treated to enhance their beauty; some treatments may not be permanent and/or may require special care. Contact us for further details.

All diamonds shown on our website are natural, untreated diamonds. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the item color, as the display of color depends, in part, upon the type of computer monitor used by you.
Pieces could go out of stock before we’re able to remove them from the site. Should this occur, we will notify you. We make every attempt to only show our users correct information. From time to time inaccurate data may be displayed due to system error.We reserve the right to correct any incorrect pricing as a result of the above, and will not honor any incorrect prices.
Under no circumstances will Bella Rosa Galleries be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, including negligence, strict product liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The only time we will share your delivery address is with necessary shipping companies, or if someone working on your jewelry needs to reach you ( ship item to you, contact you for approval ). We will never sell or share your details to any third party. We will keep your information to contact you ( via email or telephone ), so we can keep you up to date with our latest purchases and to streamline our services to better suit your requirements.
