A 1.75 carat oval sapphire of deep, velvety blue is bezel set at her center, crowned by a diamond fan crest with scrolling wings at either side. Below, stepped bars of caliber-cut sapphires and twinkling diamonds descend like a city skyline, edged throughout in delicate milgrain.
