A Mid-Century Egyptian Revival scarab ring in rich, buttery 20k yellow gold. The sacred beetle is crisply engraved down to the fine lines of its wings, its legs gripping an open oval frame as if guarding a treasure. Engraved lotus-style fans bloom at each shoulder before the slim band wraps the finger. Hieroglyphic hallmarks inside the band, along with a single identifier on the shoulder. The ancient Egyptians believed the scarab god Khepri rolled the sun across the sky each dawn, making this little beetle a symbol of rebirth and good fortune.
